CESPC has announced that it will host a league for Asian teams called CSGO Fulcrum Gamers League with over $15,000 in cash prizes.
CESPC, the company responsible for ECL and the MSI Beat It! Finals, is hoping the revitalise the Asian Counter-Strike scene with its own league, featuring one of the biggest prize pools in recent years in the region and offline finals in Beijing.
From November 16-24, preliminary online qualifying rounds will be taking place in China and in Southeast Asia to determine the six teams who will be advancing to the main online round, which will run from November 26 to December 13.
CSGO Fulcrum Gamers League will have over $15,000 in prize money
These six teams will be joined by four invited sides in the main round, with the top four sides avancing to the season finals, from January 7-9. The name of the Beijing venue has not yet been confirmed by CESPC.
The full prize distribution for the CSGO Fulcrum Gamers League is the following:
1. ~$9,400
2. ~$4,700
3. ~$1,560
Teams can sign up for the qualifiers by filling out the registration form and emailing it to the organisation at cfg@cespc.com.
